Subscriptions & Refunds
Priority queue packages are subscriptions. You are charged when you subscribe and again at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancel through PayNow or by contacting us on Discord. Cancelling stops future charges, and your perks stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
All purchases are final. Perks are digital and activate right away, so we do not offer refunds, including for partly used subscription periods.
Chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from all NYX servers and the NYX community.
